Hearing her cell phone vibrating on the floating nightstand, Maisie rolls over and pulls it closer to her eyes. Mum and Dad. Swiping right to answer it, “Good morning.”
“Did I wake you? I am so sorry. I should know by now that you are five hours behind us and sleep late. Want me to give you a ring later?”
